Adam M Satnick

Early in his career, Adam represented clients in a variety of litigation matters in State and Federal court across Southern California. In the law firm environment, Adam honed his legal research skills, drafted motions, pleadings, discovery, and became a strong advocate in the courtroom. In early 2017, Adam left his firm to open his own law practice.

Today, Adam handles a range of legal matters for his diverse clientele. Generally, his practice covers business litigation and transactions, real estate disputes, and general tort practice. Examples of specific matters include breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, unfair competition, trade secret law, fraud, employment claims, copyright, and securities.

Adam's philosophy is to make the legal practice noble and personable again. He keeps a small clientele to provide near obsessive focus on his clients' matters.
